Privacy Notice
iVee is a voice-first intelligence agent for professional-services firms. This notice describes what we collect, why, and the controls you have over your data. We treat every signal as a fiduciary artefact — namespace-isolated, auditable, and revocable.
What we process
- Communication signals — email, WhatsApp, calendar metadata you explicitly connect.
- Stakeholder profiles — psychological and behavioural dimensions inferred from signals.
- Memories & commitments — structured facts extracted from conversations you log.
- Voice utterances — transcripts of sessions you initiate; audio is not retained by default.
Why we process it
To generate pre-meeting briefings, detect relationship risk, surface commitments, and execute actions you approve. We do not profile third parties for advertising, train public models on your data, or cross-tenant aggregate behaviour.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2025)
- Access the personal data we hold about you or your stakeholders.
- Correct inaccurate profile inferences.
- Erase your instance — cascade delete across signals, profiles, memories, and drafts.
- Nominate a data principal representative.
- Grievance redressal within statutory timelines.
File a request from Settings → Privacy → Data Principal Request. We act on it within the SLA defined by the DPDP Rules.
Retention
Signals and utterances follow per-type retention policies configured by your firm admin; defaults are the minimum needed to fulfil the service. Audit logs are retained for the regulatory minimum and cannot be shortened below it.
